Wrongful death lawsuit filed in Paul Walker accident

Many Georgia residents heard about the death of actor Paul Walker in a car accident on Nov. 30, 2013. He was a passenger in a Porsche being driven by a friend when the car hit a power pole and trees, killing both men. The official cause of the accident was excessive speed. A coroner's report initially put the speed at 100 mph while a later report by the Los Angeles County's Sheriff's Department said the car was going between 80 and 93 mph. However, Walker's family have hired their own investigators who dispute the official account of the accident, and his daughter has filed a lawsuit against Porsche.
